Fluorescent is considered by many to be the best available continuous source that you can use for still or video production.  One of the features of fluorescent is the coolness that they operate with.Economical and with nearly no heat produced, fluorecent video or units simulate sunlight safely for photographers. 

 

Halogen or tungsten can produce great results as well, however if you are in a smaller or in a room in your home, the heat generated by these halogen will certainly warm up the scene literally without proper ventilation.Regardless of the type of and photographers decide on.  The marked improvement of quality that can be produced with additional photography lighting equipment can change what might be an ordinary photograph into a quality

Commonly referred to as “hot ” these are very easy to use in comparison to flash which requires synchronization. Photographers can position there stands where they want them and simply turn on the and begin shooting right away.

Brightly burning halogen provide a wonderful source but they also produce a great deal of heat as well. If you use this type of continuous , the heat in your home or will not only rise but your electric bill will rise as well. Fluorescent stands or do not require as much electricity and burn brightly while producing virtually no heat. They don’t burn as brightly as what halogen bulbs do. To counter that, photographers who want to use fluorescent for it’s coolness and energy efficiency simply choose a higher wattage to overcome any luminosity differences in output.

The various choices for photographers with the availability of modern photographic lighting have been greatly improved in both quality and options. in digital form for instance, can be found in both halogen and fluorescent types of sources.
