Ways To Learn Blues Guitar

Okay so you know how to play guitar in a pretty good fashion. Either way, blues guitar strikes your interest, and you want to learn more. And it should, because blues guitar is one of the best guitar styles in my opinion. It’s a great way to tell your story or just express feelings across the fretboard. Who is your favorite blues guitar player? Mine would have to be Stevie Ray Vaughn or BB King, I just love the way they expressed themselves through the music. So what is blues guitar composed of anyway?

Blues guitar dates all the way back to the slaves. It was the style that they sang their songs, laying down a simple 3 chord progression to tell a story. And that in a nutshell is blues guitar in its simplest form, 3 chords. Technically, you probably won’t find any easy songs like that. A lot of Stevie’s have some powerful solos and heavy guitar riffs, but you can really notice the bluesy feel. This means that he will stay on a blues scale to keep his music relating. Technically there really is a lot of ingredients in the blues guitar recipe, but in its simplest form, 3 chords is it.

So what is the way that you think you can learn blues guitar? Most people immediately think of a tutor or classes, and then get disappointed when they know they can’t have either. But don’t worry, because there are options for you to learn at home. Not just a simple book, but a good DVD lesson program that is up to par with having a tutor in your home. I am talking about the Learn and Master Blues Guitar program by Steve Krenz. You can enjoy many things from going this route, mainly having cheap lessons that you can keep for good, and you get to learn on your on time and pace. After you finish the program, you could even lend it to your friends. Check out the program here at Learn and Master Blues Guitar review.
